Hiking in the Swiss National Park
The Swiss National Park is a mountainous area and lies at an altitude of between 1,400 and 3,200 metres (4,600ft–10,500ft) above sea level. The 80 kilometres (50 miles) of hiking paths and 21 different routes offer something for all tastes and abilities, making it a veritable paradise for hiking enthusiasts. Some hikes cover considerable differences in altitude and lead above the tree line. Cross-country skiing in Engadin

Whether you prefer the elegant, classic style or the more dynamic skating technique, there are 220 varied kilometres (125 miles) of cross-country trails to discover. It therefore comes as no surprise that year after year, no fewer than 13,000 cross-country ski enthusiasts make their way to this southerly high-lying valley in the Alps to take part in the world-famous Engadin Ski Marathon.

The mixed bath offers a 25-meter pool for athletic swimmers, an outdoor pool with a flowing channel, massage loungers and a whirlpool featuring 34-degree warm water and a children’s play pool with a slide and a waterfall. The National Parc Centre
The newly built National Park Museum invites visitors to experience and discover, question and learn – as well as to interact. In its four exhibition rooms, you can find out all kinds of interesting facts about the National Park, its history, flora and fauna, as well as Nature’s infinite diversity.
A five-language audio guide provides a wealth of interesting background information, while a specially designed Discovery Trail allows children to explore Nature for themselves.
